3Ship Oesterreichischer Lloyd Cruises Ltd. is responsible for ordering the ships from the SUNREEF shipyard, supervising construction, original equipment, and commissioning.
Subsequently, 3Ship Oesterreichischer Lloyd Cruises Ltd. sells the ships to the investment company MMC 1 Cruises Ltd.
All shipping-related services are the responsibility of the shipping company 3Ship Oesterreichischer Lloyd Seereederei (Cyprus) Ltd., which takes over the management of the ships and the operation of each individual ship for the MMC 1 Cruises Ltd. holding company.
The investment company MMC 1 Cruises Ltd. is leasing the ships to MMC e.V., which is responsible for tourism marketing.
MMC e.V., together with external and selected service providers, ensures the utilization of the ships.
Corresponding international shipping contracts have already been negotiated between the parties. In particular, there is a memorandum of understanding with the shipyard for the construction of the ships.
