In order to be able to invest in the 3Ship.cruises project with good chances of winning and thus contribute to the financing of the sustainability fleet, we have developed a crowdfunding campaign for the purchase of SNFS.

For each of the eight flotillas with three catamarans each, 5,000 SNFS will be issued at 5,000 euros each. Each flotilla has its own specially illustrated tokens. The motives of the individual SNFS are not in the foreground, but the SNFS enable a participation in our project, its cash flow and financial surplus. They have the characteristics of a security in that they entitle the holder to dividend payments and access to financial data. In this way, the investor has an overview of his investment and knows how his money is being used.

On the occasion of the ship christenings (dates in the timetables) in the Hamburg Media Harbor there is a raffle among the respective SNFS holders (for the first time in 2024 for flotilla I).

With 10 tokens in the wallet, there is a chance of winning 10 times a cabin for one week (round trip), with 100 there is an entire ship for one week (round trip). Owners of 1,000 MMC.cruises SNFS can look forward to the entire flotilla for a week (round trip) if they are lucky enough to win lots.

The first flotilla will be on the market from January 2024. The first profit distribution (dividend) to SNFS owners will thus be in spring 2025.

The following tables show how the expected return could develop. Even with conceivably poor development, an average annual return over the entire term of 5.6% and a payout starting at 118 euros per year per token is expected, assuming annual inflation of 5%.

The crowfunding 3Ship.cruises SNFS sale has been running since January 2023, and owners of four 3Ship.cruises SNFS (with a nominal value of 1000 euros) will receive a cashflow-certified MMC.cruises SNFS worth 5,000 euros from mid-2023. In other words, if you invest 4,000 euros upfront, you will have a guaranteed immediate return of 20 percent. 3Ship.cruises SNFS with a smaller nominal value have a correspondingly larger subscription ratio to the profit-distributing MMC.cruises SNFS.

The overall 3Ship.cruises project is scheduled to run for 24 years until 2048. The ship flotilla has a service life of a good 15 years.
